Retailing in a salon is something which many therapists tend to find difficult. This means that it often gets neglected in favour of promoting treatments. The result is that many therapists and salons miss out on a valuable opportunity to increase their income and profits. The course describes the seven step process in order to become a successful retailer. It contains images, an audio soundtrack and a downloadable workbook to give you the best possible learning experience. The course is completed entirely online in your own time.

What if I am dyslexic?
Each course module includes an audio soundtrack of the course material which is ideal for students who are dyslexic.
 
Do I need anything special on my computer?
You will need to have a modern web browser and speakers or headphones. Please note that the GTi course modules do not currently run on some mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads. 
 
How will the course be marked?
Following each course module you will take an online examination which requires a pass rate of around 70%.
 
What if I fail a module?
If you fail a module you have the ability to re-take the examination twice. If you fail the module you will be contacted by the tutor who will offer support before making a final attempt.
 
Do I need to complete any paperwork?
No. All examinations are completed online and a record of your marks are displayed in your login area.
 
What will I receive when I complete the course?
You will receive a GTi certificate.
